brand new aftermarket OEM headlights for a 2013?? or what do you have for the 2013?? thanks

 

Just found out today that there are aftermarket headlights now available for us 12 and 13 models. They were priced at $200 each and are insurance company approved for damage repair. These arent ebay headlights...they do have to be certified with some sort if agency, forgetting the name right now, to be able to pass insurance company standards. I was told by Mike @ cal mini tricks that a few yards have them available in the sun valley, ca. Area. Didnt tell me which ones. Im going to do some research and will update.

Yes he is on vacation. I spoke to him a week ago he told me he was going on vacation for a few.

 

Has anyone found any really GREAT and DETAILED DIY guides for the FX-R on 12/13 models? Looking for a fool-proof step by step quality guide as this particular provider does not seem like a clear option.

 

Search around or make your own post. I don't care if a provider is getting back to people or not. Unless your actually a customer don't come in his page and say something negative and divert the thread to answer your questions.


TRS.com guys have a pretty good write up on their page. Try there and on hidplanet forum for starters. Or google.

So...Still waiting w/ no activity from Burt since nearly 2 weeks ago. E-mail and PM sent.

He's been gone on vacation...suppose to be back the 31st

 

I don't begrudge him a vacation BUT I sent him money in Feb for a product that was supposed to take 6 weeks to make.
I've gotten two updates since then one asked if I wanted a certain option and the other that said it was just the last bit of that needed done and am now at a point where he has not been on the site himself in 2 weeks. nor did he provide any info on where he was with work.

I'm a patient guy and I know he had some life events that required his attention, but he is a business (one that has my money) and that comes with some obligations.

 

I've been waiting since January 4th. But I told Burt I'm not in a hurry.

 

I haven't had replies to any of my posts or PMs in a long time. Since way before any vacation and even before whatever family issues. I never hold a grudge or anything, don't care when I get the lights to be honest. But I've been told mine are next on the list a few times with month, not days or weeks, between with zero contact. I haven't spoken an ill word and I've even stuck up for ya, Burt. Just please contact me when you can. I'd like to make sure we are on the same page with what's happening with my lights as well as with my shipping address as it changed at the beginning of summer when I went to visit my folks and has changed again because I'm back home. At least a, ok I got it, to confirm that you've received my posts and PMs would be appreciated. Thank you.
