These are all i have right now. One of the voltage regulators for the led halo took a dump on me after a couple weeks but i got a replacement from trs under warranty. Of course it showed up the day before my head/neck surgery so i havent gotten it installed yet. I unplugged the working halo cause it looked like the truck was winking ;)

5k doesn't have any blue to it...
And I wouldn't go last 5k because once light turns more blue it's harder to see...

4300k = optimal lumen output, yellowish white like sunlight
5000k = acceptable balance between a more white light and performance
6000k and above = stupid IMO. Why have blue lights that fatigue your eyes and others, draw attention to your already illegal lights, and put out less light/lumens?

4300 is the way to go IMO, but I can see those who want 5000 for that cleaner/whiter look.

Many people do 3000k (yellow) for fogs since it cuts through fog/sleet/snow/rain better, even though it puts out less light/lumens.

Unit of measure is actually kelvin. Lumen is regarding leds. But who's noticing.

I'm no pro, but to my understanding the different temperature lights (kelvin) put out different lumens. Lumens does not just refer to LED lights.

I've been wrong before, but this is how I understand it per quite a few convos with TRS and some time on hidplanet.

Either way...glad to see Burts back in action and you'll be receiving your lights.
