Wooow these look great after I sent them back because of condensation in the light which he tried to convince me was normal and paid shipping from new york to California both ways. I guess I'm just gonna have someone else fix them for the 3rd time don't get fucked over like I did

 

Why did you have to pay shipping back and forth if they leaked when you got them?

This is the problem that some I these guys on here doing custom work don't get man. You have to treat it like a business or don't do it all. If someone offers a service they should be willing to have to pay for warranty type issues and like most business have a little warranty money in the sale price so it doesn't bite them in the ass after.

 

He suggested I open it my self which I did and I didn't put the lense back on right so it wasn't fitting correctly back on my truck so for some dumb reason I just said screw it I just want this done and done right so i paid for shipping when he should be the one to pay when the problem wasn't my fault to begin with. I have several pms from him where he tried to explain to me how condensation is normal and it even happens in factory lights that's a load of bs. I'm pretty pissed off right now I'm putting the light back in my truck because I've been without my truck for 2 weeks and I'm just gonna have to pay someone else who actually knows what they are doing to fix it for me

 

In our PMs you only mentioned to me to redo your sealing work. I never touched the inside of your lens. As agreed, i cleaned up your seal and resealed it. I cleaned the lens on the outside of any butyl and used invisible glass to wipe it clean.

Secondly, I provided a partial payment for the troubles so you can add a silicone packet. As far as the service, i didn't charge you for anything.

 

I do apologize for the oversight on my part. I was strictly looking to fix your sealing/flush issue as per our PMs that you pointed out.

If you want to send it back, provide me your paypal info via PM and I will take care of your shipping both ways. no service fee will be charged.

Otherwise, if you wish to not send the light back, send me your paypal info regardless and I will comp you the return shipping.

It actually happens and that's why TRS sells the silica packets so that you can toss them in your lights to suck up water and control the fogging.
