    Minor refinements to the buttons (molded plastic vs 3D printed) and wiring but functionality is exactly the same.

    So, the 2 exposed wires just get wired to the wires from the ect switch? Just trying to figure out if an electrical retard like myself could pull this off...

    It's plug and play. The loose wires are for a secondary thing. You can do it.

    @OMGitsme as stated it's plug and play. Large grey connector connects to wire connector that you'll detach from the ECT button. The loose wires for the outer/2nd button are for another accessory if you so choose to want to utilize it. See MESO install video here: https://youtu.be/eFaqc8LkOa4 . Note since this is a Gen 1 with the smaller connectors to connect to the wires coming out of the shift knob, you WILL NOT need to enlarge the whole with the drill as you'll see in the video. This makes the Gen1 simpler and faster to install.

    This is a helpful link to for the Gen1 install since you will work the connectors up thru the chrome piece on the shift boot verse down on the Gen2: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/ect-stealth-pro-shift-knob.597659/page-12#post-20101753

    @rhaliuk its been on the truck for 4 months. Truck is not a daily driver so the knob has seen little usage and the knob is basically in new condition.

    @mcm808 lets say $10 to Hawaii

    @rhaliuk I'm in CA, other side of the country, but I can take more pics this evening when I get home from work.

    @BlueTRD221 responded to.

    @Hot Taco sauce yes, and I can post more pics this evening.
