I'll include the black hazard light panel for 50 bucks more!

How does the audio control work, say if you use pandora? Would I just take the ipad in to At&t and get it setup on my phone account as a second device?

the ipad will connect to a headunit buried someplace else, you can see his in his photo lower dash. if you have a cellular enabled ipad already, or buy one, you just add it to your line. (with VZW its $10 dollars a month to add the ipad onto your line)

Yup you cat get the cellular version or you can also share data from your phone (thats what I do), on the audio stream you can connect to a head unit if you have stock sound system or if you have aftermarket amplifiers you can just get an iStreamer or something similar so theres no need for a head unit just the iPad

my ipad mini is wifi only, would I have to make my iphone a hot spot or something so it would pull from that?

So are you selling the ipad with the mount or is this just for the surface mount itself?

Its just the iPad dash mount, I'll sell the iPad too as im getting the 4g version. Every iPhone has personal hot spot. So you just turn it on and connect it to the iPad
