I found that it was CARB Exempt on their site, but does it have the stamp or sticker? Without this It is no more legal (to the guy doing the smog check) than what I have. It looks like the sticker may be on the tube right where the filter goes but I cant tell if that is it or just something else.

Here is a close up of the sticker on the tube. You can see it is kinda peeling off at the edges but that can be fixed easily.
