I used to have the AEM Brute Force intake which was a very similar design, and it was quite a bit louder than stock. Say if you had the regular sound system set up (NOT JBL) if you had it turned up all the way and hit the gas pedal WOT you could still hear the intake over the music. Hope that helped.

for me i would say it was a 1 because i have put on intakes on my other cars and also for friends. If you follow the directions and have a basic understanding of the different parts then you should not have any problems.

 

I was going to purchase an AFE Dry Filter from autoanything.com but I am contemplating this instead.

 

K&N has a great pdf file online with tons of pics on how to install them mine didnt come with any paper work so i used there online instructions
