Small little blog update for those of you who have wanted whips. After a little R&D I have figured out a way to make them much more durable and thus making me more comfortable with selling them. By using LED strips with smaller led diodes, the strips can wrap aroun the whips much nicer and the solder points don't break as easily.
Keep in mind they're still not as durable as those tribalwhips or off road led whip companies but they can put up a good fight.
The down side is they won't be as bright as the old ones but I doubt you guys will even be able to tell.
More to come as I perfect the imperfections. Also I'm ordering the supplies for more hood light kits as we speak!
    Gnight y'all...

GENTS! New thread for these kits is UP!
Thank you guys! I feel this is the step that says this project has successfully launched from an idea, to a test, into a full production.
I'm not expanding or anything but we've definitely come a long way and I have had so much fun doing this.

Now people can stay updated with the progress of the kits and buy them when they are available. It will be easier on me too without worrying about who hasn't gotten a kit that's paid for it etc.

Here's the link, go check it out! Your truck may be on there :)

I am still making hood light kits, I am nearly done finding a solid process for the way I will make all of them. I don't make a bed light kit yet though.
    (In response to Stephen)

BTW y'all, I got a blue whip I made the other day with spare parts I had laying around. It's unlike any of the other whips I've made because it has double the LEDs (600 per 5m roll), and since it had no copper wire for me to follow I could wind it in a tighter spiral. It's really an awesome sight and I love it! Considering to do more like it. $50

Think I'll let it go for $50 + shipping, anyone want it?

Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
Go back to the main forum listing where the thread is located. Far right column is the view count.
In this forum's case, go to the top of the screen, where it says "Tacoma World Forums > Shopping > Buy / Sell / Trade"" and click on the "Buy / Sell / Trade" portion. Then look for this thread.
As of this posting, you're at 11,427 views on this thread.

This thread finally calmed down since you launched the other.

I have trouble understanding how some folks just can't figure out adding themselves to a list. Is it really that hard?
