    Tacodane, fellas, the updates are the same: New batch of LED strips are en route and will be here tuesday. Once those get here I just have to cut 'em up and solder everything together. Kits should be out that day or the following.
    I am going on a family snowboarding vacation starting tomorrow until tuesday morning so everything should be in as soon as we're back! Thanks for your interest, I'll have these out as soon as possible I promise.

    Here's what I've just updated on the first page!


    UPDATE as of 4/JAN/2014:

    The hood lighting kits are almost near completion. Expected time to start shipping out is next week around 7 JAN 2014.
    The hood lighting kit costs $35 shipped.

    Minor changes are being made right now to make the install easier and have better quality parts.
    There is a list floating around the last couple pages of this thread, if you want a kit please add yourself. I'd do it for you but I'm telling you I don't have the time right now lol.

    AS FOR THE WHIPS:
    I'm really backed up with the hood lighting kits and the whip requests just keep rolling through. Once these kits start going out the door I will begin ordering the supplies for your whips. Im really sorry for the delay but greatful for all the support! I'm not a professional by any means but work with me here and I'll make sure I do the best I can for everyone.

    Just don't be killing each other over these like that craze for the spinning rims, lol.

    I know you guys want these now and, hell, i could give them to you now but I'm really stressing perfection of these kits, the last thing we're waiting on is the right LED's which should be in tomorrow (plus some wire and fuses but I can get those locally in a days time).
    Thanks for waiting and being patient with me. I've never been in this business before where I make a bunch of one product and lots of people buy it, so I'm going at this as a complete newb. One thing I do know is if you all want these things then I'm going to do my best to make them high quality.
    I don't want my name associated with a bad product or bad service. I want these to last long enough that having them saves or even makes you enough money to pay off it's cost many times over. That's the value I see behind things :thumbsup:

    Anyway, I finally got around to creating a spreadsheet to keep track of all your orders. The list is based on who PM'd me and commented that they want one first. If your request doesn't look right next to your name don't worry, before I start making anything I will clarify it with you in a PM.

    The whips are taking longer since my primary focus has been these kits. Ordering all the supplies hasn't been cheap and I've been trying to get these kits in motion so I can buy the supplies for the whips.
    Yeah that's right. I'm going to make each kit and whip before you pay me for it and, I know that's risky because people tend to drop out, but if you don't buy it I know someone else will. Even if no one did I'd throw it on my truck! I can't lose being stuck with something I already like.
