I got this from a member here but decided to make my own. Kit includes labeled wire harness, labeled diode Y wire, CH4x4 Rear Camera switch for the small center console (not the slots left of the steering wheel) and a printed instruction sheet as well as an electronic copy that will be sent to you upon purchase (aka: everything you'd get from Logistics91's kit). This kit is apparently not being made anymore, so get this one while it lasts!

The way you hook everything up changes based on Entune vs. Non, but that's illustrated in the instructions. Works for both applications.
