    the torque wrench is 1/2" for those of you who have been asking... its a great deal and you definitely wont find one brand new cheaper anywhere else! this tool is a must for anyone who takes their wheels on and off a lot... and if you're not torquing you're wheels you may want to re think before hitting the trails... or you can have the peace of mind and buy my torque wrench!

    How much is shipping on the wrench? I could use another one for precise stuff :) my current one is 18 years old and used mostly on wheels and a few engines.
    BTW, shipping to LA area in SoCal. PayPal ready if that works.

    I remember these on sale from the truck at $225 and included a gift 1/2" drive ratchet 18 years ago!

    Yup, my old Snap On guy is still in the biz and owns 7 trucks now. Told me a lot of stuff was going overseas. But Taiwan has a lot of decent quality tools now. He told me some Snap On stuff going that way and possibly China. Blue point went the way of Chinese production for sure I was told.

    Blue point is defiantly outsourced to over seas now... At a friends shop a while ago and we were talking to his vendor.

    A lot of the specialty tools are still made in USA. Torque wrenches included.

    The catalogue he gave us has country of origin under the specs of every tool... Helps out when purchasing. I personally don't have any use for tools not made in the USA.

    Very true... Premium prices better = premium tools no matter where they are made.

    BTW - Just looked on their online catalogue and most of their stuff there has origin too.
