While not spelled out in this forum's rules, usually the first person to post "I'll take it." has priority. At least that how other sites work, and that's how I've always done business here.

I appreciate your dedication to getting a response from OP. To me this isn't even about the parts at this point. It's about respecting the forum and common courtesy.
