2nd Gen Projector Headlights - a few months of use. A friend of mine bought them for me so I put them on, but I prefer the BHLM or stock look better. Also, these lamps won't work with my HID kit.

$100 (shipping's on me) would make me happy. Anybody want them?

I'd also trade for a set of BHLMs if there is no fogging.

So, these are just the lenses, and the HID kit needs to be purchased separately? Is that correct?

No, I believe an HID kit is not compatible with these lamps (which is why I took them off my truck), but that may be because they do not use the stock tacoma headlight bulbs. I still have the bulbs that go with these lights, though.

Visors, Deflector, Husky Liners, too expsensive for good ones :(
so these lenses would require a diferent hid kit then the one hid kit required for the stock lenses?

Are these lights brighter than stock headlights? Are they plug and play for a stock setup swap?

so tempting...I have a set of BHLM lights with HID's now, but I want to do an OEM HID projector retrofit with a set of taco projectors like yours.

My BHLM lights have no fogging, but there are a few very small spots where the paint chipped off when I was reassembling the lights. You probably wouldnt notice unless I pointed it out to you. There are also some light scratches on the lens that I think I picked up when I was doing the BHLM (the warm plastic scratches easily). Other than that they are great.

plus I'm local...ugh, I just don't have the time or the cash right now to do a projector retorfit, and I'm not sure if I want to go without my HID's until I do :/

I will research just how much time and money it will take for me to do it and let you know.
