For now, this is a feeler to see if there in interest in my in-dash radio. I need to purchase a replacement first assuming I can sell this one for the asking price.

Item for sale is a Pioneer Electronics model AVH-P8400BH in-dash double din size DVD receiver. This is a 2013-2014 model year radio and was the flagship receiver from its lineup. Detailed specifications can be found here:

What are your reasons for selling this modern radio? Unable to see the touchscreen in the sun?

 

Oh no actually because its an LED display the touchscreen is fully visible even in direct sunlight. I absolutely loved this radio. Im just kinda an audio finatic and always need the newest technology so ill be upgrading to a 2015/16 model year unit that integrates slightly better with my android and offers mirror link technology so i can display my topo maps and things in it. This is the 4th pioneer touch screen ive had in this truck so far.

interested, but waiting on pay out from my insurance (had my storage unit broken into) how is the response from turning on the key to the camera coming on when backing up? (my last stereo a Kenwood, was so damn slow it'd take a full 1:30 to get to the camera view)

 

Oh wow 1.5 minutes is forever! This one is very fast. If i start the truck and throw it in reverse right away the factory monitor comes on first and this one is only delayed maybe 3 to 5 seconds. Its extremely fast to startup. If your really interested i can try to take a video to show you
