Hello I have a new and used set of PowerStop Ceramic Brake Pads and Slotted/Drilled Rotors.

FITMENT 2005-2015 TOYOTA TACOMA 6 LUG
    Powerstop Part # JBR1121XPR
    1. JBR1121XL Cross-drilled and Slotted Rotor LEFT
    2. JBR1121XR Cross-drilled and Slotted Rotor Right
    3. 17-976 z17 Evolution Plus Ceramic Brake Pads w/ shim and hardware

First set is new in box. I'm looking to get $140 for the brand new set.
Second set is used currently on my vehicle with close to 1,500 miles on them. (I'll be removing them this weekend) I'm looking to get $100. I prefer LOCAL to Southern California so shipping doesn't kill the deal.

My reason for selling is because I got a good deal on a Gen5 4runner Big Brake Kit. These are excellent upgrades for the money for someone who doesn't want to spend much but wants increase braking performance over factory. The used set was properly broken in with a 40mph to 20mph break in procedure. I purchased one set waiting for my brakes to wear out before I installed them. I received a set from one of my vendors to try out so I have a extra set.

Here is a comment I posted a week ago on the tacomaworld facebook group who was interested in the same setup. - If I was going for longevity I would stick to Akebono Japanese Brake Pads which is a OE manufacture for a lot of companies. For the pass year my Parts Authority Sales rep has been trying convince me on using these at my shop. They wanted me to try them out but I didn't jump on their offer until 2 months ago they dropped me off a set of Powerstop Brake pads and drilled/slotted rotors to test out for free. I was skeptical at first because their low price point and them calling it performance. I know there a lot of companies trying to advertise their stuff as performance but they are actually a bunch of Chinese brake pads and rotors zinc coated and C&C shop slotted/drilled with minimal quality control and research and development. Surprisingly after 1,500 miles after installing them on my truck I am actually Impress. I don't expect them to get the life span of the original OEM Toyota Brake Pads or Akebono(average 60,000 miles) but they are actually more responsive and has a better bite then both Toyota OEM brake pads and the Akebono Brake Pads. They do lack response when they are cold but once the brakes warm up after a mile or 2 they are Solid. Seems like the work better the hotter they get. I'm pretty sure there are better performance brakes and rotors combination like Stoptech Rotors, TRD Brake Pads, but at this price point its a solid option at a low price point for someone who wants more from the brake system but doesn't want to break the bank.

Attached are some pictures of the parts. Also there are some before and after pictures of the installation when I installed them on my truck. I took a picture of the mileage because I replaced them the same time I did my Oil Change.
