Don't know what number mine is, but it came yesterday and I had the old plastic bracket off and the new Aluminum one on in about 10 minutes. Couldn't be more pleased with the product or the transaction -- both first-rate!

Got mine in the mail today and found time to install. Now I can use my license plate frame which is the reason I got the bracket in the first place.

The only other question would be survivability in one of the brush type car wash.

 

I actually still use the small bracket on my truck and take off my plate for the car wash. I have been told that these have been fine in car washes. That is the reason I designed the larger bracket. I am sure the license plate is fully protected but have not tested one myself. I will send a pm to members who purchased to get them to answer you directly. I am picking up material today to start manufacturing sometime this week.

 

I have ran my truck through the car wash several times and it has had zero effect on the front license plate and the bracket. It is solid and extremely well built.

I will be, certainly not the first, to say that anything is better than the stock one. I looked at the slybrackets bozzmount that fits any grille but $74.99 seems a bit much. I do agree the bumper sticks out too far.
