mind posting up the mounting solution in some detail

 

Sure, you just need to drill four 17/32" holes near the front, in your rain channels (I will provide the right drill bit),

Buy a pack of these:

http://www.mcmaster.com/#standard-rivet-nuts/=hda8pu

And use a rivet tool to mushroom them into the holes you drilled.

They are self-sealing rivet nuts so they will keep dirt and moisture out.

Then you place the rack on top and tighten four stainless steel 3/8"-16 screws down and Voila! Instant Prerunner!

 

sorry I mispoke, can you get a more detailed picture of the mounting? I am curious as to how it looks on the vehicle

if its a instant prerunner does that mean i can run the mint 400?

Does the rack lie back or does the lights have covers?

 

Is this rack loud or does it make noise on the highway? Im imagining theres some pretty good drag with this thing.

It does not fold back. The lights come with the same clear covers that all Kragen HID's are supplied with.

You will experience an increase in wind resistance. You will not get the typical noises associated with ball joint rod ends however.
