    It's also deemed "safe" and approved to be on the CA DOJ roster. We can only buy handguns on that roster unless you do PPT and pay the "CA tax" which is a premium that other individuals charge since you can't buy it new from the FFL and they can charge whatever they want. For example, a G17 Gen 5 MOS is selling for $1300-1500. AR pistols are $800-1000 for just the lower. It's crazy and can't wait for the FPC to win the lawsuit to remove the stupid roster.

    My non-CA-compliant Colt 45 only holds 7 so capacity limit does not apply in this caliber. Sounds like just another sham CA has come up with to take away more money from their residents.
