Selling my RLD camper shell because I upgraded to a drifter. Was really happy with the RLD but had to take the opportunity. Shell is an earlier version, all black. If you want to learn more about these shells please go to this thread.

    SOLD

    edit to clarify some things:

the older versions of the shell don't have a 3rd brake light which will need to be retrofitted to be fully legal. I've driven around like this with no problems for almost a year. Also the shell I have is a super early version where the mounting holes towards the tailgate was designed too far back, I just had to re-drill the holes to properly mount the shell. There is also a small metal lip that needs to be trimmed near the tailgate to make sure it doesn't rub. I didn't do this but it hasn't cause any problems. Fitment otherwise is exactly the same as the newer versions of the shell.

Also I noticed a scratch towards the front of the shell, my only guess is that it was damaged during shipping and I didn't catch it right away. It hasn't cause any problems and wont be visible while mounted.

hole I drilled for the mounting brackets near the rear of the shell.

here is the shell currently off my truck. The doors are unbolted and easily reinstalls in a few minutes. You can see the scratch on the front on top of the cab window.

Love this topper and your truck. Too bad you are on the wrong coast.
