    The tonneau mounts with the supplied bolts. It is the old style that uses the bolt holes of the factory tie down track system. It is much better I think than the crappy clamp system they have now.
    As far as the spacers go, I am not sure about fitting the first gens or about clearing the hubs. You could probably look on their website but they are the 2005-2010 fitment. Rich
