    Extended cab means access cab if his profile is right. This means 6 foot box.
    I have one of these for a 6 foot box on a full size (not quite the proper one) but I LOVE it. I had a foam cut to fit the box and put it inside the tent. I'd say its 1000x more comfy than tenting on the ground. Dry even in torrential downpour, much warmer even in the winter, and very roomy.

    Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

    EDIT: Here is mine after a rain storm. I know the OP has to post pics, but I love this thing!
