Mine came as one piece the little plastic tabs were melted together to keep the two pieces together and I didn't take them apart.

I went to lowes today and bought some all purpose adhesive I'm gonna glue it together with. It's kinda like liquid nails.

Yea, I didnt see anything that was out of the norm (I only had it in long enough to test this and to make sure it fits- I still have to paint and put in my grillcraft), and it slid right into place. The only issue is getting all the tabs in place when putting it together.

I used gorilla glue. I just sanded the places where i wanted the glue or actually where i thought the two pieces would touch, since it bubbles up to fill in all cracks this should work fine. also where all the original tabs that hold it in place i put dabs of the glue on those and let it seep back in. The gorilla glue works great, but the key to good adhesion is the rough sanding on the area where the glue goes and try to clamp the two pcs together or apply some kind of prolonged pressure until the glue sets and hardens. I've had my satoshi on for about a week and so far so good. gonna put it to the test this saturday on a light core beach wheeling trip.

Mine came in today. Looks pretty damn good for the price and since the face is apart, it's going to be super easy to paint.
