    Is this the one labeled "black mica" ? Did you paint it or was that the way it came?

    that was black mica i belive....and i did not do anything to it...but painted the interior flat black....
    and i used screws with wing nuts to secure the grill so i can swap it out easy at a later date for diff mesh

    I found it difficult/tricky to mount the face to the body of the grill. Any tips or tricks on doing so?

    Century Truck Topper, custom made "Batman" center caps, satoshi mod (Thanks tons, TY!), Hella 500 grille lights, painted radio, climate control, and radio surround panels, painted rear bumper
    That looks great! i was on the fence about keeping the grille surround black vs painting silver to match. I really like this! Might consider painting the area by the triangles silver to match, though... Nice job! :cheers:

    Yea it is. I really really like the black vs. chrome. Ive been looking at black headlights as well, but that might be a bit.

    Working on finding time to black out the badges and the wheels.
