    you can create folders, though.

    but, props to tcBob, you can now see all messages from specific users in both inbox and sent folders from a pull down in the upper right.

    you might try assigning an order# (even if "made up") to the title when you reply (assuming they reply correctly), that way you can search by order# as well :notsure:

    i always had a notebook with notes jotted down, but didn't always help.
