    Finally got it installed! Fit great and feels solid. Not a huge fan of the anodized finish look but it should be durable. I opted for the Extreme version but honestly not sure how necessary it was. Im going to have a cell phone and Ipad mini mounted and it felt solid with just the side screws. The two top screws were a pain to install and I ended up buying two 1/2 long screws to replace the 3/8 screws. The longer ones made it easier to get the threads started into the backing plate.

    onX hunt map loaded on the Garmin and Scout-N-Hunt aspen cuts on the tablet. And of course Rush for some music no cell phone reception in the Mn. Arrowhead.

    Ran out of room so for tracking the dogs use the A-Pillar mount for the Garmin Alpha in a Wingworks leather holster.

    But if using it like that someone was not behaving, in wolf country seconds matter in recovery of a dog chasing fur instead of birds.

    With a name like Bird Dawg Industries figured couldn't go wrong with the Tech Deck Xtreme. And have no regrets.
