Up for sale is a like new bt35 fits many Toyota models in addition toTacoma.

I used this with my iPhone 4 and my non-JBL headunit and fits 98-12 tacoma's

Mic was used and is able to reuse. May need extra sticky depending on where you stick it.

Looking to upgrade head unit so no need for this anymore.

    SOLD.

it streams your music, pandora app, etc via bluetooth. It will work with both JBL and non JBL units. My truck is a 2011 and my steering wheel controls still worked.

I know it will advance tracks on my iphone 4 with my non-JBL headunit. I have volume up/down and seek up/down controls on my steering wheel and it controls my phone.
The website says it works with JBL and non-JBL units. The exact features with JBL units I do not know for a JBL Tacoma, but this is from the website:
"BT35-TOY supports audio streaming that can be controlled from the buttons on the radio or steering wheel. "
I have one of these in my wife's car also, a Solara, it has JBL with no factory blue tooth and it advances tracks on the phone by using the seek up and seek down buttons.
For more details or even a .pdf of manual to check you can look at http://usaspec.com
