FS: Used Undercover Flex Tonneau Cover

I have a used Undercover Flex tonneau for sale. It is designed to fit Tacoma Access Cab with 6' long bed. I had purchased the cover brand new and installed it on my truck only to find it was damaged during shipping. I'm looking to sell it for cheap because I no longer have a need for it. There are three problems which can be fixed: 1) A small whole on the front inner panel (no water leak, just cosmetic) see attached photo; 2) Several of the screw holes for the latches are stripped (can be fixed by redrilling holes in new location while adjusting latches);
3) you will need new front bulkhead gasket because it was damaged when I removed it from my truck (can be found in Autozone). I'm looking for local NYC or Stroudsburg, PA pickups, only. I'm looking for $300 or OBO. I'm very negotiable because I need to get rid of ASAP. Thank you
