Maybe not more extravagant for the receiving person but for the shipper putting an item through customs if any little point on the papers is incorrect it can sit there for a week or more while they fart around.

I was also under the impression there are always customs fees for the receiver? but you may have to pay that going back across the border anyway?

Depends where the stuff was made. Usually from the USA we just pay the taxes (HST, 12ish percent). Taxes get paid either way, picking up or shipping across.

I'm happy to pick them up in Oroville though.

Ahh I see. I'll still let you know if anyone wants the box seperatly or you can take the whole deal for a crazy good price and have extra secured storage. :D

Its set up to be removable, with minimal effort, if you need bed space as well.

On a side note, not putting down Bob's equipment just noticing how fast this system is. I filled all 4 of my tires from 20 to 34psi plus two of bobs tires in about the same amount of time he aired up his two drivers side tires with the portable cigarette lighter powered unit he had. :)

Yeah those systems do not work very well. I mean they are great in a pinch. I drive aired down back home most of the time and air up with my compressor. Your set up is sweet though.

Very sick set up. Probably the most professional install I've seen with an OBA.

One question about the uws tool box and the soft top (bestop?)
I have a uws low profile tool box in my bed, but I want to get a bestop or softtopper. It looks like bestop uses angle stock for the tops of the bed rails, and the tool box could sit on the angle and actually help hold it down the way the clamps for the top do.

Sorry if this sounds confusing.. in short, do you have a picture of the tool box installed while using the soft top?

I appreciate any help you can give me. and good luck with sale! thinking about the new ARB?

edit: I'm looking through your build thread and it looks like maybe its not the same kind of tool box I have.. yours doesnt sit on the bed sides?

I understand exactly what your talking about because I looked in to it when I was putting all this together. The answer is no, a regular toolbox will not work with the bestop due to its width. I have a Chest style tool box that does not mount on the top of the bed rails.

You should sell your current toolbox, buy my OBA setup including the toolbox and then get yourself a bestop. This way everything will work well together. lol

HA! yea that would be nice.. too bad I just ordered sliders and tires and I'm trying to not order a bumper.

Why exactly wont it work? the box is too wide to sit on the bottom rail of the top? or the box is so wide that it would push the sides of the top out and not allow it to close?

I feel like I could always just come up with a way to space the box up high enough to get it over the bottom rail as long as there isnt another problem..

thanks for getting back to me about it..
