    Not sure about either item fitting a TRD CAI. Don't think the TRD has the inlet for the ram air off the front of the box like the Volant does and not sure if the TRD lid has 4 or 6 holes. This lid is 8 3/4 x 9 3/8 IIRC.....or 8 3/8 x 9 3/4.
