FYI... we bought aftermarket black wheels from tirerack.com for my wife's Sub Outback - she picked out really a nice looking set (it's amazing how many ugly wheels are out there - but no accounting for taste, I guess?) so we were pretty committed on these. We ended up getting like 2.5 sets as 6-of the 8 wheels were unbalance-able - as in NOT ROUND. Looked like they were dropped, yet flawless finish. Both local installation guy (who's great) and Tirerack were gobsmacked... my wife's contact at tire rack was pissed, as he should be (his boss, she was kind of jerk - but in the end they made it right) - this wheel co. made them look like idiots. We finally got a complete set of actual round ones ;) Not sure if they were from China? But yeah, the odds....My point is you are right to ask ;)

I just got mine put on today. Can’t speak to longevity but the fit and finish of the wheels is very nice. Mine didn’t come with trd center caps but I have been in contact with FSW and they are sending them as soon as they can.

Look at the second photo of the box

the tundra BBS wheels are made in Japan. I think SCS is made in Taiwan.

I have had mine for about 15k miles now.
I fine them better than my old 4Runner's OEM TRD Pro SEMA wheels.

Those matte wheels got dirty so fast and was a pain to clean... I rarely ever have to wash these FSW wheels, they always look clean.

I think they are lighter than my old SEMAs. They seem harder to balance though, but that may just be a problem with the tires.

Beautiful truck. Your wheels are the satin finish, correct?

Yes, Satin finish. Like a Matte finish with a constant ceramic wet coating look, and low maintenance. It seems pretty resistant to dust/dirt build up.

These are +0, and have a deeper dish when compared to OEM.

-10 will make the tires poke out from fender more than 0.

They are 'flow forged' which is pretty good stuff.

When doing some further research on wheels, I found a local guy selling these branded wheels (link below). They are replicas just like the FSW wheels, though I am not sure if they are flow formed or not. My guess is that there is maybe one or just a few factories in China that crank out these wheels and sell them to distributors under different brand names. These wheels a cheaper than the FSW wheels, but not sure who this Alphas One company is and if they stand behind their product.

What size ultra terrain did you get? And big mpg hit over stock tires?

265/70/17. Not big but noticeable. Around 2mpg less now.

Allllmost went with FSW for my 4TR wheels, but decided on AGPs instead because I heard they fixed the rear hub mounting issue that most other 4TR wheels (replicas and OEM) have. Still, FSWs look nice. Love their Trail Edition replicas.

Would these be fine if you're planning on doing a little bit of off-roading?
