Definitely not a replacement for the FJ. Way too short and small. This will be marketed as one of those "life style" vehicles for 20-something millennials who live in the city but are constantly going to bonfires at the beach. It will have weird features like water bottles that double as door handles and a removable glove box that doubles as a cooler.

Hense the question mark in the title. It is in no way a true replacement but I think toyota corporate is going to market it that way.

Not bad looking... isn't amazing how FJs have gone up in value. Sort of felt like sitting in an armored vehicle (bread truck) with it's low windshield. Maybe Toyota shouldn't have killed it off? I'm sure they will sell a boatload of these. Be nice if they offered an old school version set-up with solid, lockable axles as a Jeep alternative?

Pretty cool having a vehicle that is worth as much as I paid 3 years ago.
BTW, The gooberment killed them off with their silly CAFE regs.
