on gas it dose not madder. i use 87 on my 4.0 trd OR 4x4 auto. SOME say they get better MPG with high oct and SOME say they get better MPG with 87. and oil i don’t think it madders ether! i’m do for oil change at like 29,8__ some or 29’9__ something so i MAY go over a few 100 and just wait till i get the full 30K service done.

i get slightly better mpg and performance with 93 (shell) Truck seems to be quieter to? not as loud of a tick. May just be in my head IDK. I use Amsoil, but a gallon of good ole mobile 1 synthetic from wally world is a good choice too. Just make sure NOT to use those fram filters from walmart. Go to Advance or somewhere and get a good filter. Like mobile 1 or K&N. They cost more but are better IMO.

Use whatever grade your owner's manual says for fuel and oil. I use amsoil, but any full synthetic is better than conventional.
