2002 4X4 DC TRD

Did Toyota change the fuel cutoff valve between the 2002 and 2003 Tacomas? I have a 2002 DC with a 3.4. A friend of mine has a 2003 and is having an issue with starting after filling up and with the vehicle overfilling / burping gas after filling.

I was puling up the parts list and noticed that the 2003 does not seem to use the same cutoff valve 77390-35010 as mine. Would the equivalent 2003 parts be:

Fuel Shut-Off Solenoid - Toyota (77380-26010)
Vent Tube - Toyota (77018-35110)

I've never had the bed off a 2003 or 2004 to see the difference.

I'm also looking for an EVAP diagram for the 2003. He has taken it to a shop and they have been playing parts roulette with him replaced the canister and the purge valve. Doubt they smoked it.
