Fuel Door Help!

    05 Double Cab Sport LB 4wd
    I recently bought an 05 double cab long bed and I need a new fuel door. I know the part # for the fuel door is
    $44 77305-04905 Fuel Filler Lid Sub-Assembly
    77305-04905. I'm trying to figure out if I need any other parts, particularly rivets. I'm thinking I need part #
    $11 90269-06017 Fuel Tank And Tube Rivet
    90269-06017(rivet) but I'm not sure. Does anyone know?

    Also, the truck seems to be missing whatever it is that the spring clip holds onto inside the black filler neck surround. Any idea what part that is, I don't even know what it looks like since it's missing?
