Fuel door hinge or assembly part number

My fuel door hinge is defective like everyone else and after rubbing for a while the tabs have separated from the backer plate. So I'd like to replace it and need help finding the part number and a good place to buy it online. I'm not a fan of part departments at dealerships. Always requires two trips there, rather have it come to my door.

I have a double cab with a short bed, any help would be appreciated.

Also I've searched the other fuel door posts, so please don't tell me to grease it, it's to late for that now.
