So I noticed that my fuel door a bit ajar. I thought someone tried to mess with it, but it turns out, the little knob that the door latches to is missing. Must’ve broken off somehow.

For now, I’m using magnets to keep the door closed but what’s the best fix for it?

Coupla weeks ago, while giving my truck a polish job, I noticed that my gas door rattles a bit and is loose. Was wondering if anybody here had the same problem and if so, what he did to fix it.

So I got it fixed! The part number is 77367-35010 / Clamp, Fuel Filler.

It’s a universal part so it’s made for 2000-2019 models.

is that sand? caked all over the inside?
if so i would clean that out good before it possibly enters into your fuel tank!

What is the part number for a 2020+ model? Can I use the same part number?
