Wondering what everyone is getting for fuel mileage?? My 3rd gen hasn't produced the estimates.... I know the driver is taken into account, and even when I drive it modestly I don't do that well... I have the 6 spd. Just wondering how everyone, manuals and autos are doin.

I'm getting 18mpg in town just like I am supposed to. Driving normally like I always do. No heavy foot. Just nice and steady.

Got 22.4mpg driving from the valley to Lake Tahoe and back again. Can't complain about that. Enjoying the fuel economy so far after trading in my Nissan Xterra that was getting 11mpg in town and 15 mpg on the highway.

Manual trans, my average is right around 18.5. My daily commute to work i get anywhere from 19-22 mpg on the highway. Usually quite lower around town on the shorter trips, 12-15 maybe when running up the street and back?

No joke? hmph. Idk what the deal is, I can't seem to get better than 15 anywhere. Drive it 1 and a half hours to my folks place every once and a while... maybe the SD winds effect the truck more than I thought... The city trips are accurate. I average 13.5 driving to work when I actually drive it ha. Maybe Ill take another look and really try to baby it this weekend

I wonder if you did a search on this topic if you'd find other threads?

It's got a cop motor, a 440-cubic-inch plant. It's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.
I have an auto and always use ECT, but can get over 20 when cruising around doing 45-60 out on deserted country roads.

In the city with traffic i get 16 or 17

When pulling a sea doo I get about 15 and pulling a 5x8 loaded up less than that.
