Fuel issues..need help

    2008 toyota prerunner
    I have an 08 toyota prerunner. When I'm driving, termittantly, the fuel acts like it isn't getting pushed thru the lines. I punch the gas and then it goes. Had throttle body replaced gas petal and sensor replaced. Yet it NEVER does it for anyone else but me when I take it to get checked out. The fuel.pump has the filter within it so.....what can I do......
