My engine broke in a bit more by 15k or so. You might see a bit of a rise in MPGs with miles. And like others said depending on where you are, cold conditions and winter fuels will hit gas mileage hard. I can get about 22-23 driving like a grandma. The 6MT seems to get its best mileage around 45MPH or so. On long stretches like this (without stops) I can get 25-26MPGs.

Doing 70 on the highway I get about 20, which should be slightly lower than yours due to me having quite a lower final drive.

Past experience tells me that tire tread affects mileage quite a bit also.

Tread...not really. Unless you're running super soft, super sticky tires where you ~MIGHT~ see a tiny decrease in mileage.

Tire size and weight (rotational mass) affect MPGs, though.

Filled it this morning. Got right on the highway. I have a 24 mile commute to work one way. 80% of my drive is highway, and not a flat one.

Trip home the main display held out around 21mpg by the time I parked it. It fluctuated between 19.9 and 21.7 the whole 24 mile ride home. I set the cruise to 65ish, and don't leave the stop lights hard..

I think its doing very well. A little better than I thought it would do.

My 2015 tundra is super bad 13.9. Is the best I see. I’m on 295’s and burn a tank every 4 days or so. $65 a tank at the moment. $3.99 a gallon.

My V6 ACCESS CAb gets barely 16 sad smiles per gallon driving around town. Makes me furious. Also knowing my dads 6.2 liter V8 Denali is getting 20 happy smiles per gallon, with a much better sound and pick up compared to my camry v6!

I just got 431.3 miles out of the tank, and had 6 MTE showing on the display. The display also said I got a tank average of 23.5 MPG. This is how I pulled that off:

First, about my truck: It is not lifted, has stock tires on it and I don't have a heavy bumper, camper or add-on weighing it down. I also live in Texas, it's pretty flat, so I don't have to rev the engine to make it up a hill.

On Tuesday I had to take a trip to one of my satellite offices. I filled up the tank and started driving. It's 177 miles one way. I set the cruise at 65MPH. I drove straight there, and straight back. Wednesday and Thursday I drove to-from work; so 98% of my driving was highway. A constant speed.

I'm sure I could have gotten another 20 miles out of the tank. Even though the display read 6 MTE, but I bet there was/is a reserve I could dip into.

When I pulled into the garage today after work, the display read this:
