Hi all taco lovers was wondering if any of you use or heard of this gadget called Fuel Pro. Suppose to reduce gas consumption by 35%. Is this a scam or not. You plug it into the ECU and it studies your driving habits for 150 miles before it begins to save you fuel and it also give you more horse power ( Tork) not sure about that. Please be kind no attacks as I am curious. Just saying

Plugs into OBD2 port and doesn’t even have a blinking light so you know it’s working? Scam!

Why would you blindly trust a wild claim like that? Do you think Toyota may want to offer Tacos from the factory with the functionality this thing offered if it were available? Are you trying to get this company some website visits or what? 100% scam. These things have been torn apart and examined. Just another copper infused bracelet and knee band claiming to help you extend your tee shot 80 yards.

Edit: for those of you that want the TL;DR and don't want to sit through the videos. This is a scam because the two pins that should be talking to the CAN bus are not even soldered to the microcontroller. This is just a fancy light show. Scam. Screenshot from ~11 min in the 2nd video. If they were better scammers they would have at least soldered the runs to the microcontroller. Then it would have taken simulating an ECU talking over the CANBUS to determine if this thing was doing anything -- apparently scammers are lazy... who knew?

Sounds like a scam. Almost a placebo effect. Does it advertise loading any software through the obd2 port after the 150 mile assessment?

It's like those ads you see with pictures of Elon Musk and Joanna Gaines selling plug in devices that cut your home energy bill by massive amounts, and credit is given to Elon for the 'invention'.

    Didn't happen.

    Doesn't work.

Just get the fuel moleculator magnet that wraps around the gas line. It’s a much cheaper scam.

Thank you all for your input. I kind of figured it would be a scam. I would think twice about plugging anything into my toyota inboard computer. I was just curious.
