    My fuel pump is cycling when I am not in the vehicle nor is it running. 2013 Tacoma SR5 V6 two wheel drive

    Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
    It is your EVAP system purging fuel vapors from your tank. You’re good, perfectly normal.

    As stated above it's most likely the EVAP system test running, it runs 5-10 hrs after the engine is turned off and can last up to 20 min.
