    You were right the EFI fuze was blown again. I was using one of the kind lights up but yes it is blown. I replaced it and so now I have power to 1 and 5 at the relay with key on

    Just wait...
    So i’m in the exact same boat. Trying to drain the fuel tank and people suggested jumping the efi relay and I was ignorant and didn’t look up which pins to jump, just went ahead trying them listening for the pump to turn on till the efi fuse blew. Now obd scanner doesn’t connect and injectors don’t fire. But relays all have power like they should
