So I'm in moab right now, and for some reason my rubber line connected to the fuel pump INSIDE the tank came disconnected. I have no idea how this could happen because there is a hose clamp on it.

Would that pump build so much pressure to blow that line off? How would it be possible that a rubber fuel hose came dissconnected from the pump?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hose might have deteriorated. Pull the bed bolts and slide the bed back. Easy fix if you have the tools.

I have already done that. There would be no other way of telling that the hose fell off. The hose is in great shape

Obviously you have seen what happened. Why is another question.
I can't see any way the connector hose could have come off the pump nipple or the hard line unless the base of the pump came loose and swung away from the sender/pump bracket. There is just not enough space between the 2 nipples.
Was the pump "in place" with the rubber "isolator" between the base of the pump and the bracket? I have seen one come loose when the bottom of the tank was "re-profiled" from rock contact.

Proximity of the 2 nipples and hose.

Only way to remove the hose is to tilt the base of the pump away from the bracket, release the clamp/s, then pull.
