I’m new-ish to the Bay Area and looking to get the fuel pump recall on my 2018 taken care of once and for all. Any service centers in the Bay Area that anyone can recommend? I’m sure any dealership can get it done, but would rather take it to a more reputable dealer if it’s not too much trouble

City Toyota (255 San Pedro Rd, Daly City) did mine last November and gave me a free rental car for the day. No issues so far.

I had mine done at Toyota Marin last December. It took them an extra couple of days to do it because the replacement part was defective I think, so they had to order a new pump again. I didn't both with a rental/loaner because we have two cars and I was working from home anyway. Overall I've had good experiences with getting my truck worked on there.

Freeman Toyota in Santa Rosa is pretty reliably good. They’ve handled my recalls and some warranty work on our Prius.

They got it done in a few hours so just needed the free shuttle service. But they have hooked me up with rentals in the past when needed for other warranty work.

I've used One Toyota of Oakland for all of the warranty needs of my 2018 including the fuel pump recall. Never had any issues. No loaner but free Lyft drop-off and pick-up.

Thanks for the responses! I ended up going to Marin Toyota and was happy with the service. They also took care of my millimeter wave sensor recall which a SoCal dealer had rejected me for because of my lift and TRD bro grill. Overall took a few hours. They offered shuttle service anywhere in a 10 mile radius but I just hung out in the waiting area and got some work done
