Never Never Modify! Keep it aggravation free!
2019 SR 2.7 I got the letter from Toyota 3/4/20 that its on a list for repair and they are deciding what to do. I hope it solves the terrible hesitation when driving the vehicle cold overnight.

Makes sense that for safety we all take them in to the dealer at once. I mean if you can leave it there for a few weeks LOL
The last recall was a drop it off in the morning pick it up after work same day. I can wait a little while for that.
I say call your local dealer and see if you can get it done ASAP to avoid an accident.

My early 2019 Tundra is not recalled, but my built in Japan 2014 FJ is. Damn it.

It stopped raining long enough for me to go out and check my build date. It's 7/19. Bought her in September with 2 miles on the clock. Talk about fresh. :bananadance:

If any of you die because the fuel pump died while you tried to turn in front of a fully-laden semi doing 70, post up.

Maybe mine will catch fire and the whole thing goes kabooom. I always wanted to be on the news for something truly stupid like a fuel pump setting the whole truck on fire but the way my luck goes lately I end up with a notice in the mail.:mad:

Guess I won the lottery! My Tacoma, my FJ Crusier, and my 4Runner are all included in the fuel pump recall :annoyed:

Mine is on the list but there is no fix. Not sure what the point of a recall is with no solution yet.

My 2019 hit the first list and I received my official letter.
Just checked and now my 2018 makes the list, lucky me!

220lbs of ballast in the drivers seat and custom nose art in the back windows.
Mine has been surging at indie in gear off and one for the last month or so. Tuesday it was 78 degrees on my way to work and the worst so far. Engine was stalling and coming back up to 1k rpm, it was actually rocking the truck like an old school big block. No CEL but it did throw a code, P1605-00-68. I’m not worried about stalling out in traffic around the house, I’m more concerned with the 1,200 mile round trip I need to make to pick up a boat.
