Had the fuel pump recall done last Wednesday before the holiday. Took about 3 hours total. I wasn't experiencing any symptoms that it was faulty or going out and it drives exactly the same as before the fix. No issues with CEL or anything busted, sucks to hear many are having problems after it's fixed...I did see a new Taco Pro in the new color on the lot, didn't see how much they wanted for it but that color does look good on the Taco's.

I had mine done yesterday. No post problems. Took less than 1:30.

From drop-off to finish was 2 1/2 hrs. Good for those service folks. Day after thanksgiving and sars-covi-2 protocols. God bless us all.

Dropped mine off last night to get the CEL checked out. Picked it up after work today. Paperwork indicated an evap code. found loose connection, and did a evap system check. Time will tell. I had a brand new TRD OffRoad for a loaner though.

Dropped mine off yesterday morning, they guessed it would be ready by lunch today (had a lot of other stuff done along with 60K check). Called at about 1230 today and said it was ready. I'll pick it up tomorrow.

I believe it was first identified in February of this year. Go to https://www.toyota.com/recall and enter your VIN to see if your truck is included in the recall.

Been wondering if the insurance companies have been monitoring this recall so liability to payoff doesn't fall in their lap if an accident does happen .

Got the truck back yesterday evening, about 32 hours in the shop. Everything looks fine and feels fine. Found out the connector they broke was the fuel pump electrical connector (90980-11077). I also had them do the TSB-0092-20 TSB update, and hot-damn that changed the truck completely.

To the guys getting it done, are you just calling the dealer or waiting for the Toyota recall site to say that there's a resolution for you?

I saw that there was a remedy available on the website and then stopped by the dealer. They then ordered the "kit" and told me to call in a few weeks to schedule the job. Went pretty well.

I had mine done yesterday. I had to call the dealer and have them order the fuel pump, which took 9 working days to get in. They had the truck for about 2.5 hours. I filled up the tank after picking the truck up, the "miles to empy" had typically been 320 but yesterday said 290. I'm about to take it on a 1,000 mile round trip, so we'll see what the actual mileage and range is.

Gotcha, I still get the "Remedy not Available" when I put my VIN in and look it up. So was curious if people were getting it done even if the site is saying otherwise.

I was in a couple weeks ago for my 20k mile service and they asked me if I wanted to schedule the recall. I also got the mailer a few weeks prior to that, but I never brought it up to them.

Picked mine up today. Driving home (about 50 miles) no problems, no hesitation, can't tell any difference.

Any advice on things to look for before I bring my truck to the dealership tomorrow? For example gaps, fuel tank location, condition of bolts, or gas filler location? Anything I should look for or verify after I pick it up?

I checked my filler neck, anything else wouldn't be that apparent without crawling under the truck. They rectified my CEL issue I had without a hassle at all. I requested a loaner, gave me a TRD OFFROAD with less than 200 miles on it.
