    Hey guys,

I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this but I'm desperate at this point. For the life of me I can't find where the fuel pump relay is on my 2005 taco 4.0L. I've called the dealer and he pointed me to the fuse box under the hood but the only thing under there is the EFI relay. That is not the same thing. I'm hoping someone here has replaced this relay before!

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe it's called Circuit Opening relay for the fuel pump, look for those initials on the engine fuse box cover

Wow guys I apologize. It was right in front of my face the entire time. There is a relay under the hood labeled "FUEL PUMP." I feel like an idiot!

Do you have the underhood fuse box cover?

For the location of these relays look at the under hood fuse panel cover.

The COPN Relay is what controls the fuel pump energizing. The Fuel Pump Relay only controls the fuel pump operating speed fast or slow.
