I have a 2017 Tacoma. My truck will turn over but not start. It has a brand new battery. I’m suspecting the fuel pump relay maybe. Does anyone know where that’s located?

Did the no-start happen right after the battery was replaced? Have you tried cranking it with the gas pedal pushed down slightly. It may just need a throttle body cleaning which is common after battery replacement

What makes you suspect a fuel pump problem? Does it run on starting fluid? Does it have spark?

It did not run on starting fluid.

Then it's probably not a fuel issue

Try pushing the gas pedal and cranking it

Is there an anti-theft or alarm light flashing?

Upon reading a couple other forums I seen to try another key like you are asking and I did try. Nothing different.

Is the anti-theft light flashing with the key in the ignition?
    On both sets of keys?

If so, it is not going to start until the light stops flashing.
The flashing light means the security system isn’t seeing the key. (Or the correct key)

Do the door locks respond to the key fob, lock and unlock?

If the alarm isn't cooperating you kinda have to start there. Either take it to the dealer or find a shop with capability to diagnose it and program keys or whatever

It's the alarm system that's keeping it from starting. It'll cut fuel or spark or sometimes both

Your other post shows your stereo started acting up are replacing your battery, not even two months ago. I’d get this to a good tech and have them run down systems, I’m guessing something is F’ey with the electronics.

also address any aftermarket electronics, definitely the first place to start.

Ok so I go in and turn my truck over. My anti-theft light is flashing just as these other individuals are saying. I have a viper remote start system installed. It was installed about 6 years ago. Battery was changed out today because it was tested “bad”. I guess my best bet is to take it to a dealer. I was hoping someone had the same issue and could help me get in the right track

If your battery didn’t even make it 2 months,,, yeah,,, you’ve got other problems.
Sorry, I don’t think anyone can do other than guess. It needs to see a real tech.
