    Hey Guys,
I’m in need of some help to find the easiest way to access the fuel pump power wire on my ‘21 Tacoma. Working on a special project that will involve a remote kill switch, but after searching TacomaWorld most examples I found were 2nd Gen or 1st.

If it wasn’t 10 degrees outside tonight I’d be more ambitious to find it myself but figured I could ask the ‘experts’ and stay warm till I’m done planning out this project and ready to jump into it.

    Thanks, Shaun

Any updates on this? Would be interested in hooking something like this up to a remote kill switch using a Viper security system. @GuildOutfitters

I like this too, and i plan on putting an old style floor dimmer switch for the own and off switch. Just tap it for fuel pump and tap it to break the circuit, simple but elegant.

    Hey everybody
Well after 5 months of red tape and bs I’m supposed to be getting my Taco back next week hopefully . It was stolen January 25 this year..Not looking into going this scenario ever again.
I’m looking into something like this as well But I would rather find where the blue wire to the fuel pump relay coil is located as that would be my choice in opening it up(switching).
The pink wire in my opinion is the higher amperage wire coming out of the relay contact from a 20A fuse,by switching the pink your switch or whatever you are using to break the circuit would need to have a current rating of at least 20A.
Unless opening the relay is going to have ECU issues and cause other problems.
    Electronics are ever challenging.IMG_1314.jpg
Any help is greatly appreciated as always.
