I was hoping someone in here might know the answer to this, which I cannot find anywhere: what is the part number of the bolt that holds tank straps on? Thank you so much in advance.

That holds the straps onto the truck? Or the skid to the straps? I'm assuming the former.

Yes, the former: the one that holds the strap onto the truck. I cannot find it anywhere.

    Thank you.

This isn't an exact answer to your question, but the p/n is 90080-11376. If you can't figure out the specific size.

Is it an option to take out one of the bolts and run to the hradware store and use their little board to find the size?

I'm not sure whether this will fit. What I looked at shows it going up through 2004. I'm a 2016.

I just can't believe the bolt isn't on any of the parts diagrams I have looked at.

But thank you man (originally said "that you" thank to my over aggressive text corrector)

I pulled that p/n off of my parts diagrams for 2nd gens. Seeing how we basically have the same frames, I'm pretty confident it would fit. Especially because the fuel tank straps are interchangeable too.

Ok, first of all thank you so much. Where did you find such a nice parts diagram? I have decided to go ahead and buy this because I think you might be right. The part is now called 90119-A0249. If it is the correct part I will report back here and in the 3rd gen forum

    Thank you again man!

I have this random site I stumbled upon with amazing diagrams, but nothing for newer trucks. Has come in handy quite a few times. I think that’s what dealer diagrams look like.

You know something, I think this might be the part on the Tundra (2008-13 anyway) too.

@EatSleepTacos thank you for all of your help! 90119-A0249 is indeed the current part number for the gas tank strap bolt!! Exact fit.
